Civilian Contractors

With fingers being pointed at "Civilian Contractors" in Iraq I thought it would interesting to remind people that this isn't the first time these companies employed by the US military have committed crimes.

A Human Rights Watch report on Bosnia points to involvement by independent contractors, hired by the US to help set up law enforcement agencies in Bosnia, are involved in trafficking girls and young women for the international sex industry. This trafficking usually involves kidnapping, rape and extortion.
