Well, he's kind of had it in for me ever since I accidentally ran over his dog. Actually, replace "accidentally" with "repeatedly," and replace "dog" with "son."

McCain Plagiarizes Wikipedia

The evidence is listed by Taegan Goddard at his blog: CQ Politics: Political Insider. The story apparently has also now got play with Keith Olbermann. While McCain himself is so amazingly internet-illiterate that he probably does not know what Wikipedia is, his speechwriter clearly used it in a hurry. McCain's vaunted knowledge of foreign policy is crap. If Obama had pulled a stunt like this, it would be all over.

It is disgusting how McCain can commit gaffe after crime after mistake and get away with it while Obama has to walk a tight rope of correctness. Any one of hundreds of McCain problems would sink Obama were they to be true of him.

I wonder if this is primarily due to racism or what?

Gee Bert, you got it in one guess.

It's been the same with every major African-American (or woman) figure to break into the Old White Guys' Club.

Yeah. I know. I guess the part that amazes me is that there are still so many people perpetuating this behavior.

It is so clear and offensive that I wonder where is the hue and cry? Something this obvious should be examined in great detail. Where's a modern day Edward R. Murrow when you need him?

The closest we get is Kieth Oberman.
