Wait a minute. This isn't the monsterometer. It's the frog exaggerator! Well, he's kind of had it in for me ever since I accidentally ran over his dog. Actually, replace "accidentally" with "repeatedly," and replace "dog" with "son." The politics of failure have failed. We need to make them work again. Statistics show that old people drive at least as well as sleep-deprived apes.

How did I miss this?

Court: Holding Padilla is legal

Not only that, but the decision was unanimous! With potential Bush Supreme Court pick Luttig writing the decision. I will be very interested to see what the Supreme Court has to say about this.
