Bell Curve The Law Talking Guy Raised by Republicans U.S. West
Well, he's kind of had it in for me ever since I accidentally ran over his dog. Actually, replace "accidentally" with "repeatedly," and replace "dog" with "son."

Who Really Hurt the CIA?

This argument from the right (which is being rather easily accepted and passed on as fact by the main stream media) that all these controversies and investigations are "hurting the CIA" really bugs me. No one is asking, "What if the CIA had followed the law in the first place?" No one is asking, "Did Cheney ask himself how his extra legal meddling would effect the CIA in the long run?"

Current CIA director, Leon Panetta, brought this latest story to light. Why? Because he's protecting the integrity of his own chain of command against the practice of White House interference that was established in the Bush-Cheney years! He's doing this to protect the CIA not undermine it! Cheney already undermined it!

I totally agree, RbR! It's like a convicted criminal who blames his troubles on the police who caught him rather than accepting responsibility for his own criminal acts.
