Well, he's kind of had it in for me ever since I accidentally ran over his dog. Actually, replace "accidentally" with "repeatedly," and replace "dog" with "son."

How Dumb is the Prez: Exhibit B

Well, not only do we have a gaff at the open mike, but the videos are circulating on Bush's unsolicited, and obviously unwanted, shoulder squeeze on German Chancellor Merkel. Guess she isn't his main squeeze no more! I think I know that look on her face as one I have made before when some unwanted person laid on unwelcome touch on me. It makes you cringe.

Hello! Doesn't anyone give the man cross-cultural training beforfe he takes these trips? And why not a little sexual harassment training as well? You'd think after all that Clinton stuff, someone would have taught the man some protocol.

Put the video and the gaff together, and I have a harder time believing that he was being calculating in his actions.

You can see the video here. It looks clear to me she knew it was Bush passing behind her--though she likely reacted out of pure reflex.

One cannot imagine him doing that to Blair or Merkel's predecessor Schroder. And if he tried that move with Putin, my guess is he'd get a punch in the face. Good thing for Bush that Merkel was more interested in actually doing some work than dealing with Bush's inappropriate behavior.

Watching Bush, more red-faced than usual these days, it makes you wonder if they serve liquor at those functions... and whether Bush has fallen off the wagon. That would explain a lot, actually.

He's back on the booze! The "uncharacteristic" profanity, the inappropriate touching etc all add up to his falling off the wagon. There have been rumors about this for a while now. Can anyone find the source of them?

Good luck trying to get someone to leak that. They'll leak CIA secrets first.

The thought crossed my mind yesterday because he looked way too laid back to be sober. Remeber Yeltsin! And you'd have to be pretty drunk to call the Constitution "just a goddamn piece of paper" if that report is accurate.

Oh, and knowing someone is passing behind you and being ready for them to touch you is two different things. I agree it was reflex.

She's GERMAN, she's a chancellor. It was a big no-no! I wonder what his nick name for her is? Murky?

I saw the video. It's appalling. It's bad enough that he calls her "Angela." He never talks about Vlad or Tony, but gives them their titles. It was so demeaning to her. She looked too shocked to say anything.

Actually, I've heard Bush call Putin "Vlad" and in this same series of videos he calls the British Primeminister "Yo Blair." The British press has picked up on the apparent disrespect and one wag in the British press corps addressed the Prime Minister, "Mr. Prime Minister, or as I gather we are now required to address you, 'Yo Blair...'" Blair seemed to take it all in stride.

Bush's lack of grip on reality is looking more and more like a drinking or drug problem.

So, to be a typical liberal blogger, should I take bets on how long he has to be out of the White House before his wife divorces him?

She won't divorce him. She'll just diddle the pool boy while she waits for Drunky McCokehead to kick it.

She'll wait long. He's the type that will stay around forever while the better ones leave us.
