McCain Plagiarizes Wikipedia

The evidence is listed by Taegan Goddard at his blog: CQ Politics: Political Insider. The story apparently has also now got play with Keith Olbermann. While McCain himself is so amazingly internet-illiterate that he probably does not know what Wikipedia is, his speechwriter clearly used it in a hurry. McCain's vaunted knowledge of foreign policy is crap. If Obama had pulled a stunt like this, it would be all over.

  1. It is disgusting how McCain can commit gaffe after crime after mistake and get away with it while Obama has to walk a tight rope of correctness. Any one of hundreds of McCain problems would sink Obama were they to be true of him.

I wonder if this is primarily due to racism or what?

  2. Gee Bert, you got it in one guess.

It's been the same with every major African-American (or woman) figure to break into the Old White Guys' Club.

  3. Yeah. I know. I guess the part that amazes me is that there are still so many people perpetuating this behavior.

It is so clear and offensive that I wonder where is the hue and cry? Something this obvious should be examined in great detail. Where's a modern day Edward R. Murrow when you need him?

The closest we get is Kieth Oberman.
